More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the images.

Also included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
